Returns
Policy
At Direct Electric Products, we want you to be happy with your
purchases and therefore we encourage you to make sure that the item and it’s
voltage will be accurate for your needs before purchase. Any product
returned in it’s original condition with it’s original packaging, in an unused,
condition can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days following the date of
purchase. An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. If you decide
to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy applies.
Direct Electric Products
cannot take responsibility for damage incurred after the customer has signed for
the merchandise in good condition. As such there may be a restocking fee
for any opened item or items with damaged packaging of between 10 to 40%.
Refunds are for the cost of product only. The customer will be responsible
for freight charges to return the product.
Defective Products and warranty
claims
Defective product and warranty claims are subject to the
manufacturer’s inspection and determination that the product has a manufacturing
defect or is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. If the manufacturer
determines the product to be covered under warranty, a refund or a replacement
product will be issued at their sole discretion.
